CURBSIDE & LOCAL WEEKEND MARKET PICKUPS

Did you know you can pick up your order in person? 

FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY our showroom is open until August 3rd, 2024 and then we will be transitioning to an online storefront ONLY.  The only time you can pick up local orders is at one of our weekend market shows.  PLEASE GIVE US 24hrs NOTICE when you would like to stop by one of our stands, and we will make sure we pack your order for that show.   

MULTIPLE ORDERS AND SHIPPING

In case you get inspired and make multiple purchases in one shipping period, please email us with your order numbers and request details.  Our team does our best to automatically combine orders, but some slip through the cracks. Just in case, you will be credited back the extra shipping payment as a store credit, and placed on a giftcard for future uses. 

SHIPPING POLICIES 

SHIPPING RATES

Domestic orders (within the US) are a flat rate of $9.99 under $75, $13.99 for orders $75.01 to $149.99.  There is free shipping for orders $150.00 and up.  Crystal Treasures & Gift Shop ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail Service. 

Right now, we DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.  Orders made with non-US, or US Territories will be refunded.    

There are some specially listed crystals that offer FREE SHIPPING.  They will be listed in the description of the item. 

PACKAGING
We are aware of the delicate nature of our crystals, stones, jewelry, candles, herb bundles, and other accessories.  We do not skimp on packaging.  This may seem like a waste in some people’s eyes, but we want to ensure that you get your items in one piece.  In our photos you will see glue tipped and cushion tipped towers, points, and delicate areas.  They are removed with ease.  They are from the distribution centers & mines we source crystals and materials from.   We leave them on to ensure your items will be ‘pointy’ upon receival.  Your items with be individually wrapped.  Do not rush the unpacking process, take your time and enjoy all the goodies in your order.  Who knows; you might find a little something extra from time to time.  

ORDER SHIPMENT TIMES

• Orders are typically fulfilled within 5 business days and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, or if otherwise noted. All items will receive a USPS tracking number upon shipment to the email provided with the order.   

USPS Postal times will vary from state to state, and East Coast to West Coast. 

• USPS Priority Mail takes typically 2-5 business days to arrive, but times are not guaranteed from our location.  During the holidays, we will email you cut off times for shipping to make sure you get it by a certain date (Christmas and Solstice) in our Newsletter.  Please sign up so you can keep current with additional shipping times, pre-orders, and holiday cut off dates.  

If USPS says they have delivered your items, and you don’t see it; please don’t panic. 

•  Please visit your local post office (we do not recommend calling or emailing) or ask your mail carrier about it.  Sometimes the items on the mail carrier’s truck get overlooked and they might be delivering it the next postal delivery day. 

• Crystal Treasures & Gift Shop does not take any responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit without insurance.  If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or for any other reason, Crystal Treasures & Gift Shop is not responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur.  You will be financially responsible in paying for shipping to the correct address if this incident occurs.  

• Postal Insurance will be included for free on orders that are $300 and up. 

• If you would like to add any services to ensure safe delivery, such as additional insurance or signature on delivery, you may contact us directly via email at info@CrystalTreasureGifts.com, and attach your order number to the email to arrange for the purchase of these add ons.

• If you would like to arrange for an alternate international carrier, such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, please email our shop at info@CrystalTreasureGifts.com for estimates.

RETURN POLICY

WE ONLY OFFER REFUNDS ON MISTAKES OR ERRORS FROM OUR END.  ONCE YOU PURCHASE ITEMS FROM OUR STORE AND YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES AT THE ADDRESS IN YOUR ORDER, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.*  PLEASE SHOP WISELY.

 *There are very rare circumstances that will allow a refund; we will take these by case by case basis.

We do not accept any returns on any of our items damaged in transit!

If you have any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at: info@crystaltreasuregifts.com, and we will do our best to make it right.  Please remember, once your package is in transit and we emailed your issued tracking number to the email associated with your order; USPS now is responsible for your order.  We advise that you buy extra purchase protection through our store if you have any doubts on the United States Postal Service’s abilities to ensure your package arrives smoothly.  In case there is a lack of inventory on any items in our shop, we will contact you to see if you would like a subtable replacement to equal or lesser value, a store credit, or a refund. 

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not, and do not sell any of your information.  We respect your privacy and any information given will be used for “in-house” purposes only; never any third party organizations, individuals, or parties.  Credit card and payment transactions are handled by Square Space payment processing centers, and any information retrieved is to process refunds caused by lack of available inventory only.
